Equipment Sales Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUOTATION & BIDDING

• Conducts telephone inquiries and distributes company brochures and quotations to prospective clients.

• Prepares and secures all required technical and financial documentation for both private and public bidding.

• Submits complete company proposals and ensures compliance with all bidding requirements.

SALES OF AUDIOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with end users and key stakeholders.

• Responds promptly to client inquiries regarding audiological equipment.

• Presents and explains product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.

PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION

• Coordinates and schedules product demonstrations with end users, Purchasing Managers, and Audiology Trainers.

• Ensures availability and proper preparation of demo units for product presentations.

DELIVERY COORDINATION

• Assists clients with inquiries regarding machine and accessory availability.

• Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate of Sales, Marketing, IT or related courses

• With 2-3 years of related work experience in Sales, Marketing, or IT related positions
